Bach, Johann Sebastian Contrapunctus 9, from Art of the Fugue (Lumpkin) Baroque period. Ninth movement (BWV 1080, Nr 9) of Bach's final opus, subtitled "Alla Duodecima." In the original key of D minor. Clefs are TBBB. Originally written in 4-part SATB open score form, and now believed to have been intended for performance on the harpsichord. Contrapunctus IX is an example of a 4-part double fugue. Corrected 2016 edition.
